Advocacy for Release Working Group

Project proposal submitted by IHE to donors for research on the release of staff to humanitarian organisations - aim of research is to establish where problems occur and how best to overcome them.

Follow-up Working Group

Meetings held in May and July 1998 to review follow up to EPS-1 and to decide whether to plan for EPS-2. Need for EPS-2 agreed and a Working Group established to make the necessary arrangements. EPS-2 set for 11-13 November 1998 in Brussels.
