EPN Nairobi 2008: Staff care simulation

The HR in Emergencies, Staff Care Simulation conference was a joint collaboration between the Emergency Personnel Network and the Inter Agency Working Group for disaster preparedness in Central and East Africa, with funding provided by the Emergency Capacity Building Project.
The conference focused on how better to prepare and train managers in Staff Care with the aim of recognising weakness and empowering managers in this area.
