EPN Rome: Spotlight on Professionalism – the Role of Human Resources

Aim: To examine how professionalism in the humanitarian sector can be recognised and supported by human resource practitioners.
EPN made me aware for the first time of what is actually out there to help me: people and tools.
The range and quality of the speakers was outstanding providing a useful, thought provoking and inspiring insight into the role of HR in professionalising the sector.
